HOW TO PLACE A PURCHASE ORDER?
Before placing an order, you need to decide on the textbook/material you want to purchase and how you wish to purchase it (mode of purchase).
Here we have two (2) modes of purchase: Office pick-up & Home delivery
This involves coming to our office to pick-up textbook(s) that has been pre-ordered and paid for. You need to make payment for the textbooks at the point of ordering.
Example of a typical office pick-up order:
Placing Order → Confirming Order → Paying for Order → Pick-up Order
This involves placing an order and paying for it, then providing us with a valid address where order will be delivered.
Example of a typical home delivery order:
Placing Order → Confirming Order → Paying for Order → Delivering Order
NOTE: Extra charge applies for all home delivery. Our team member will contact you separately with the exact amount to be paid based on your delivery location/address.
PLACING AN ORDER
Before placing an order (either office pick-up or home delivery), here are some important steps to take
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE PURCHASE REQUEST FORM
Irrespective of the available textbooks shown here, if you are interested in purchasing any textbook from us (whether it is on display here or not), kindly complete and submit our purchase request form; indicating the EXACT TEXTBOOK you are seeking for, the AUTHOR, the EDITION (if possible) and QUANTITY you need. You are also free to add/upload a photo of the exact textbook you want.
STEP 2: CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
After receiving your purchase request form, our team will contact you to confirm availability of the textbook(s), their prices and the estimated waiting time for office pick-up. This confirmation most times is done via email or whatsapp, depending on what is accessible to you.
STEP 3: MAKING PAYMENT
After availability of your order has been confirmed according to Step 2 above, you are to make your payment immediately.
Payment can be done as fund transfer to our designated account.

NOTE:
Money paid for any purchase order is non-refundable, except the estimated waiting time for the office pick-up has elapse, then our team would be more than happy to make a refund if you want.
STEP 4: SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENT
After making payment for your orders, kindly send a proof of the payment to our email (po@mecnigeria.com) so we can confirm accordingly. At this point you are to give a breakdown of what the payment entails.
STEP 5: CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT RECEIVED
Our team will confirm your payment in Step 4 above using the breakdown provided by you.
STEP 6: OFFICE PICK-UP DATE
Before coming to pick-up your already purchased order, ensure you call or text our office to let us know you are coming so we can keep an appointment with you with respect to pick-up date and time. That way we can sort out all purchased orders accordingly before their respective pick-up time.
STEP 7: ON PICK-UP DAY
Walk – into our designated office and pick up your order(s) without much protocol. Ensure that you collect a receipt of payment detailing your order and payment made.

Before embarking on any delivery, our dispatch team would contact you to confirm your availability (day and time). Your honest feedback is needed here concerning your availability because we wouldn’t like the dispatch to get to your location and find out you are not available.
We will use the address you provided us with on the purchase order form to make all deliveries.
NOTE:
Deliveries within Lagos takes between 1 to 2 business days, while deliveries outside Lagos takes between 2 to 3 business days.
STEP 7: ON DELIVERY DAY
Your order(s) will be delivered according to the agreed day and time in Step 6 above.
