After sending your documents listed on step 3 above, please give us up to an hour to confirm your payment and the received documents. Please note that in some cases, especially when network is bad, your payment may take a longer time to be confirmed. Be rest assured we will get back to you (via email, call or text) as soon as we are able to confirm it.
After receiving your documents and have confirmed your payment into our designated account, we will now process your SEVIS payment accordingly. The waiting time here is either 2-3 working days (for option 1 or urgent payments) or 7-8 working days (for option 2 or non – urgent payments).
You should receive a payment notification email from SEVIS within the above stipulated waiting periods after we have confirmed receipt of your documents and money according to Step 4 above.
If you do not receive an email it means the email address on your SEVIS fee record may be invalid. In this case you are free to contact us for more information.
Please note that we do not tolerate calls, text messages, whatsapp messages e.t.c. in form of follow up until after the designated waiting time. For your information, you do not need to do a follow up on us for your SEVIS payment to be made. We are responsible enough to do the needful.

No student visa = No study abroad. It is on this note that we have over time taken students through rigorous visa counseling drills to ensure that the amount of time and effort spent in identifying the right course and location is not a waste. MEC have dedicated experts in guiding you through the visa application/counseling stages in order to secure a study visa to US without stress.
