Step 3 – SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT

Be aware that at this point you may be asked to furnish us with some additional information that will help us track your payment safely from our account after payment has been made.

Step 4 – PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After any payment is made into our account, please give us up to 15 minutes to confirm your payment using the details you provided in step 3 above. In order to check further after exhausting the allowed five (5) times you will need to purchase another WAEC result checker’s PIN or Card which will entitle you to another five (5) times check of the same or another candidate’s result.

How many times can I use my NECO result token?

NECO result Token can be use for five (5) times to check the result of one candidate with the same exam & registration number. After the fifth time, you will need to purchase a new Token which will allow you to check the same or another candidate’s result for five (5) times.

Is WAEC PIN the same as WAEC Card?

Yes, they both serve the same purpose. The WAEC PIN and WAEC Card are used to check candidate’s WAEC result, as they both have Serial number and Pin number. The only difference is that for the WAEC PIN, the serial number and pin number are already exposed, ready for use whereas the serial number and pin number for the WAEC Card are sealed on the card, and need to be scratched first to unveil the numbers before they are used to check results.

How can I Trust the WAEC PIN or NECO TOKEN I am Receiving From MEC After Purchase?

After purchasing a WAEC pin or NECO token from us, one way you can trust the details sent to you is if you have allowed us use same details to check your result once from our end before sending to you. That way we are sure no one can hack your Pin or Token details even if they are exposed publicly. As long as we have used the details once to check your result, it will make it invalid for every other user who attempt using it. By this you still have four (4) more times to use the purchased WAEC pin and or NECO token.

What should I do if I want MEC to use my purchased card details to check my result once before sending details to me?

Examination Type. This can either be school candidate or private candidate.
-It is school candidate if you took the exam in your secondary school as an internal candidate wearing the school uniform during the exam.
-It is private candidate if you took the exam as an external candidate (either within or outside your school) but not wearing any school uniform during the exam

For NECO TOKEN:

Examination Year e.g. 1998 or 2020
Candidate’s Registration Number. This is a 10-digit number followed by 2 last alphabets e.g. 2310549571AB
Examination Type. This can either be SSCE Internal or SSCE External.
-It is SSCE internal if you took the exam in your secondary school as an internal candidate wearing the school uniform during the exam.
-It is SSCE external if you took the exam as an external candidate (either within or outside your school) but not wearing any school uniform during the exam

Can I Buy the WAEC or NECO card without checking my result from MEC?

Yes, it’s absolutely your choice to either check the result first with us after paying for the card or ask for your card details straight away. However, in order to clear doubts amongst parties, it is advisable for us to first check the result at our end before sending card details out otherwise you cannot hold us liable if the card details turns out to be invalid at your end after sending them over to you.

Is there any exam year I cannot check with my purchased card details from MEC?

We are not sure you can check your result for a WAEC exam taken earlier than 1988, however there is no year restriction for NECO result checking.
